In everyday life, it is mandatory to wear a mouth-nose mask in many places due to the Corona pandemic. Some variants are perceived by their users as less comfortable because they make breathing more difficult. This particularly affects allergy sufferers, asthmatics and people with diseases of the cardiopulmonary system. A mask with nanosilver content made of special three-layer fabric can provide a remedy. This mouth-nose protection is characterized by its light, comparatively thin fabric and can be worn for several hours at a time. Breathing is often easier because of the air-permeable material. Nanosilver particles are also incorporated into the fabric. These are tiny silver particles that have an antimicrobial effect.
Modern technology for protection and comfort
An extremely dense, yet lightweight cotton fabric serves as the outer layer of the mask. The middle layer incorporates antibacterial Nano-ATB-UV+ fibers. These, in turn, contain nanosilver particles that strongly inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms by preventing THEN replication. The nanosilver particles constantly release minute amounts of silver ions, eliminating 94% of potentially infectious microbes.
The inner layer of the mask forms an antibacterial knit that is comfortable to wear against the skin. The flexible nose clip and comfortable fit of the mouth-nose guard ensures that it well encloses the lower part of the face, effectively protecting its wearer and their surroundings. The mask can be hand washed at 40 to 60 degrees. Both the nanosilver technology and the antibacterial effect of the inner layer withstand this type of cleaning. The outer layer can be ironed at up to 40 degrees.
The nanosilver mask is certified and complies with EU specifications. Its protective function has been scientifically proven by RAS AG (agpure), and the integrated technology has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
