1Who is behind PSA-Partner

PSA-Partner is an intermediary platform for certified protective equipment that specializes in offering a qualified selection of protective equipment products in stock, which are most often needed to protect the population in the COVID19 pandemic.

The operators of PSA-Partner excel at this through an international procurement network of sales partners, manufacturers and distributors, which makes it possible for us to deliver large quantities of certified protective equipment to our customers within the shortest possible time.

2Who can use the PSA-Partner service?

Our service is aimed exclusively at government agencies, medical industries, specialty retailers and tradespeople.

3Are your products certified?

Every product that we broker has been checked by our expert staff in terms of availability, certifications and price-performance ratio. As a rule, we purchase our products directly from manufacturers or selected distributors.

4My desired product is not listed with you. Can you obtain it anyway?

In almost all cases, it is possible for us to provide you with your desired product in the shortest possible time through our manufacturer and distribution network.

The product portfolio offered is an excerpt of the most frequently requested products. To make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we have limited our visual offering to these.

If your desired product is not available in our products, feel free to contact us.

5Is there a charge for their service?

No, our service is free of charge for you. PSA-Partner only receives a referral fee from the suppliers for the referral of the products.

6Do you have all products in stock?

Our partners are always trying to have manageable quantities in stock to be able to supply you quickly and efficiently.

Should you require large quantities, we will be happy to refer you directly to the relevant manufacturers or distributors at home and abroad, depending on the product. Benefit here from our global procurement network.

To be able to determine the appropriate manufacturer or distributor for your desired requirements, we ask you to send us a letter of intent (LOI) in advance. You will find the appropriate form under the tab bulk-order.

7Is it mandatory to create a customer account to place an order?

No, you can also purchase all products in stock in guest mode. However, a customer account has the advantages for you that you can manage your shipping and billing addresses can view your recent orders.

If you are interested in bulk-order, however, you will need a customer account to contact us, which you can create easily and in a few minutes.

8What are the payment options?

If you have an existing customer relationship, we may offer you payment by invoice. All other payment methods can be found here (link to payment methods)

9I have placed an order, when will I receive my goods?

After your order has been received by us and we have booked your payment, you will usually receive your goods within a few days the desired order delivered to the delivery address given to us.

For products that are not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be shown to you in the ordering process.

bulk-order are individual agreements in which you can agree the delivery and payment terms directly with the manufacturer or distributors.

10How and by whom will my order be delivered?

For manageable quantities, we work with all of Europe's renowned service providers to deliver your goods to you as quickly and safely as possible.

For bulk-order, we are happy to offer you access to our international contact network of manufacturers, distributors and freight forwarders, who will be happy to put their expertise at your disposal.

11How do I get special conditions?

Like to contact us and let us determine your desired quantities together. Subsequently, we will discuss together to what extent we can find a calculatory price that is satisfactory for you. Please use our contact form.

12Do you have a loyalty or affiliate program?

Recommendations and referrals are very important to us and partners and intermediaries are welcome to join us our affiliate program, which has been tried and tested for years, is a centerpiece of our offering.

This is also possible if necessary. Use our contact form and describe us your product very precisely with pictures, certifications, delivery quantities and times.
